Session Two”Employing Technology in Team Building” in a Climate Qualification Program Session


As part of the comprehensive program for qualifying youth for climate work (2024), a session titled “Employing Technology in Team Building” was held on the evening of Saturday, May 26, with trainer Dr. Zaid Rabai’ah, an expert in programming, computer applications, and artificial intelligence, as well as a specialist in clinical psychology and international project management.

Rabai’ah discussed various aspects of how to utilize technology in building teams and enhancing their efficiency and cohesion, emphasizing the importance of integrating technology into team management and initiatives.

Additionally, the researcher specializing in clinical psychology, Rabai’ah, provided a comprehensive overview starting from social psychology, focusing on personality types within the team, highlighting the importance of understanding team personalities and employing each in the appropriate role and position.

The session, which took place via Zoom, was attended by more than 400 participants from different Arab countries. It was enriched with numerous interventions and discussions from participants, which collectively emphasized the importance of the knowledge mentioned by the trainer in enhancing their ability to utilize technology for managing their projects.

The comprehensive program for qualifying youth for climate work (2024), launched by the National Forum for Environment and Sustainable Development in partnership with Jerash University in Jordan, the Arab Youth Network for Sustainable Development, and the Aman Initiative in Jordan, is the first training program of its kind in the Arab arena.
